Celebrating 30 Years of Service to Starkville!
Dear Patients & Friends:
In July 1979 NASA’s first orbiting space station, Skylab, returned to Earth, Saddam Hussein became president of Iraq, and an Iowa boy and a Georgia girl moved to Starkville, Mississippi, and joined James Russell, D.C. in chiropractic practice on July 5.
Since that time it has been our privilege and honor to have treated so
many wonderful families here and in surrounding cities and counties.
We’d like to celebrate our 30th year here with you and your friends, by offering a chance to beat the stress associated with these hard economic times.
So for the next 30 days we’ve planned some fun ways for you to win a chance at one of six “stress relief package for you.”
The packages include a personal massage and cervical pillow just for you, and a night out for you and your significant other to Mi Hacienda or Harvey’s, followed by movies for two at Hollywood Premier Cinema.
You can enter the contest by completing an entry form at our office at 214 Russell Street, or by completing the 1-minute chirohistory quiz and form on the reverse side of this newsletter, and dropping that off at the office. You may FAX the form and quiz as an alternative to 323-2382. You may enter the contest once by completing the form, but you can enter a second time if you complete the chirohistory quiz and answer the 5 questions correctly! You may have a 3rd chance to win one of the packages only by dropping by for our 30th Anniversary Open House Celebration on Monday, July 6 anytime from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., when the drawing will be held.
